I love festive seasons

I love festive seasons because….

I will get festive gift from office..plus early release (eg christmast, new year eve)...

But, for this CNY no such gift..[heard that no such budget..uwa....mengidam nih]

However still today early release [unexpected..since most of Chinese dh pun masing2 amik cuti]...yeay..since I still can tawaf2 JJ..[walaupun letih....]

Some even said that I will not around in office after CNY...I do not have any idea yet....[bersalin awal pun bkn leh tau kan???]

Opss..before I forgot, untuk sesi2 basuh2 brg2 baby.... baju bajan, blanket and so on [previous entry], I do not use any detergent....just rendam sekejap dalam air, pastu bilas dan spin dlm washine machine, jemur, dan lipat...no nappikleen use..if u asked me my personal opinion...baju bajan tu xdelah kotor pun sbb xde pun baby2 yg test2 baju tu pun, but of course banyak tangan dh pegang2....so just basuh...remove all kuman2 ke hape2 ke...[cahaya matahari terik dh cukup la...so make sure timing basuh tu time panas terik]...

But for the next2 time [after our baby dh pun lahir] of course will use nappikleen since the clothes might be ada terkena bahan2 kumuhan semulajadi

Shopping for our baby

Buying baby essentials nowadays can cost $$$ a lot...because there are too many choices...and furthermore comparing nowadays lifestyle where most of mum is working mum [so we need extra things like breastpump, stroller, baby sitter..and so on]

I have tried to get as many advice as I can through some of 1st timer mum to be...and so on...and some of it which I can remember are:-

- baby clothing; no need to buy super expensive and too many newborn size. since they will grow very fast. one of my colleague said she bought some clothes and his son can only wear it only for a week...and need, to shop again

- toiletories for baby; pls do not buy in large size. reason since some of ur friends might give it as present (ada kata hadiah2 tu akan x abes guna even smpi anak dh 2 taun), besides u will never know ur baby skin is allergic or not

- coat, stroller, car seat, bouncer, and so on is not a must things to buy at very early stage [ but it depends on ur lifestyle]. u can choose to buy it as and when u think it suits ur baby

- besides buying for the baby, do not forget things for urself....like breastpump, pad, breast pad, confinement set and so on

- different people have different reaction to all type of confinement set. I think the 1st time will be try and error [eg ada kata xsesuai nona roguy sbb badan jd lag panas, ada yg sesuai...and so on]

- brand vs no brand..again it depends on ur financial status...u might want to buy certain things with good brand for long term investment

- dun forget to have thermometer; reason its not accurate bubuh tangan pd dahi...so thermometer is the best and accurate

....the rest maybe later I will write it, as dh ada experience

Littlewhiz (click at left side-under affiliate for website link), babyjaya, mydear, twinsbaby, bbstore, firstfewyears (no m'sia website..i couldn't find), fabulousmum, mlo, mumdreams.....the rest silala google2 lagik ye...since I cannot remember all [but I believe at least u can compare some items there]. Even ikea also have baby cot okeh....

My advice sometimes it will good if you can walk in, since they might have special package or deal at the shop which they do not update it at their website..and also sila la kejar warehouse sale and so on for great bargain

You also can checked here for some advice for the baby buying [cot, mattress, playpen...and so on ~ even teething rail also mentioned in here...what I notice Ikea cot do not have teething rail, as it is sell separately]

Some of our buying during YES sale...[ehem2 sebulan shopping but I think we do not buy every single things..reason biaq baby keluar dulu and then shopping lagi for additional things. some not in the pics like mosquito stand and so on...yelah beli sume sikit2...kdg terjumpa, teringat brla beli]

besen mandi, carrier cum car seat

towel, blanker, mitten, booties...etc

baju bajan

bedding and so on...no toys only black, white & sometimes red cloth book

medela harmony and bumble bee bottle [dun asked me which is the best breastpump...i just bought it after consider other users review...plus the great price i get for this bp]

[I decided to buy manual pump as I read it will be useful esp during confinement ~ lgpun slagi belum masuk kerja direct feeding la kan, plus train myself to have some ebm stock

later will buy electric pump and this manual pump will become 2nd pump ~ which later will be use when the electric pump send for service]

bkn kereta je kena servis, bp pun kena servis jugak tau!

Can baby hiccup in mummy womb? goyang gerudi Inul and 4d scan

Last few days ago I felt like my tummy have a rhythmic movements...seem like someone hiccup but not me....

Then I asked encik suami to hear from my tummy if anything wrong...and guess what encik suami agreed our baby hiccup...

Then I started to flip back my favourite book " Penjagaan Ibu dan Anak"....yes it stated there that baby can hiccup in mummy womb....[you can read it here also for the expert answer...]

Besides, finally after few attempts to video our baby kickin' finally I made it....[before this everytime I tried I cannot get...maybe our baby camera shy??? ihiks]

35 weeks

and our baby happily kickin' .....ke goyang gerudi Inul?ihiks

Last but not least, the 4d scan done few weeks ago...Actually around my 7th month pregnancy [early Dec 09], we have done 3d and 4d scan to know exactly our baby gender before start our YES shopping spree....however to our disappointment, our baby covered the face with both hands...

Then I asked encik suami whether he want me to do it again at other place [since I'm doin it at clinic..and thinking to do it 2nd time at Vision College ~ a lot of people said need to book early as a lot of people booking for the scan there since the price is reasonable]. But he said no need, furthermore since the gynea said that baby, amniotic fluid, placenta and so on is ok...

So I though nevermind, and never think to do it again..guess what? when I met the gynea that we have choose for the delivery, she did the 4d and this time at least I can see part of our baby face as below....[jadiklah kan dr x da kan?]

some of officemate teasing me.."zu, isnin ni u dtg keje x? mana tau kot2 u bersalin? xpun u might be bersalin cny...."

and so on....tu x masuk part officemate nk betting our baby will be boy or girl [since everytime org tnya sy kata secret]

sisa2 terkujat accident (previous entry) ada sikit2 sbnrnya...owh sy takut dgn kereta2 yg esp xsure nk masuk lane kanan ke kiri, dan jugak yg xbg lampu signal....

dan very lately perut rasa menegang2...rasa tidak selesa..setiap malam pasti terjaga 2-3 kali..kepanasan..encik suami awal2 lg mereservekan sy pegang remote air cond (sy cuba untk tidak tdo spjg mlm dgn air cond sbb batuk2 spjg pregnant ni x jugak2 baik...) maka rutin setiap malam...bila terjaga tekan air cond, set for 1 hour dan tdo balik....dan jika terjaga lagi itulah rutin nya..

25 hari lagi...xsama dgn debaran nak kawen....berdebar baca org lain bersalin, berdebar bila fikir2kan jarum, benang, dan ntah hape2 lagi...

tapi yg pasti selera makan saya menjadi2....semalam dan sekejap td sy dan suami share makan 2 bar coklat, muruku sebungkus ...dan sekejap lagi mau makan sedap....

adakah 25 hari tu akan menjd lebih awal? itu urusan Allah....sy tahu encik suami juga berdebar dan susah hati [kereta tersadai di workshop...ntah bila siap]

Accident dan no ekor

Kronologi

Plan ke bandar untk beli tudung dan kain batik. Last2 tambah plan jumpa mak andam sbb utang nk bg bbrapa keping gmbr dan jugak tayang gambar pengantin-basi

Berempat, saya (dikira dua..termasuk dlm perut), encik suami, dan guru muda

Tgh jalan stop kat petronas, encik suami nk minum air...[sy teka vanila coke..sbb dr smlm dia nk air tu tp sy g beli peel fresh oren]

Encik suami beli sarsi [air feveret sy, sungguhpun feveret sy minum boleh bilang ngan jari - bila tahap mengidam air karbonat], gula2 ricola dan nagato asam jawa [encik suami kata air ni tuk sy yg x baik2 sakit tekak]

Saya mengada2 nk mintak seteguk dua sarsi..Uwa x bagi pun...last2 sy belek nagato....eh2 tarikh expired sama ngan bakal anniversary taun 2011 [gulp, anniversary taun ni pun blm smbt lg...]

Perjalanan diteruskan

Memandangkan mak andam dah berpindah kedai, maka selepas melepasi kedai lamanya sy pun call tnya

Almost ke penghujung jalan, encik suami mengambil keputusan untk u turn, dalam tak sedar tiba2 sy mengurut dada, encik suami pula berkata " habis teruk kereta", guru muda pula pun xterkata apa2..

Sebabnya gambar di bawah....

Syukur alhamdulillah tiada kecedaraan fizikal sy, encik suami dan guru muda. Jika ditanya bgaimana berlaku...Ya semua begitu pantas dan sebenarnya tiada bunyi "gedegung" or ape2 side music effect...dan tidak seorg dr kami pun terlambung/ melambung/ terkejut...seolah2 tiada apa...

Ape yg berlaku kepada kereta 1 lagi...

Dan selepas itu sesi2 blur2 [sbb dua2 xpernah eksiden, dan agak blur nk contact siapa]

Yang pasti untk seketika adala bbrapa org berada di situ [kawasan itu agak lengang]. Barangkali yg dtg itu dtg tuk amik no ekor? [no plat encik suami xlengkap sbb no terakhir blm sempat lagi ditampal]

Namun semua akhirnya berakhir di pejabat trafik segamat..tuk sesi2 pe2 yg patut

Kesan dr accident [accident yg xmcm accident kah?]

Guru muda : Kenari dia diterbangkan seketika ke KL - Selangor...[xde dh short distance terbang..sume tahap terbang-jarak-jauh]. Datsun kembali berkhidmat tuk seketika ke sekolah

Encik suami : Tahap risau gaban...sbbnya xtau brapa lama proses claim insurans dsb [semua prosedur sudah setel, tinggal pihak berkenaan sj]. Dalam kepala mcm2 fikir, sabaq ye bang....

Sy : Petang accident tu xterasa lansung baby kicking/ movement. Malam itu pun terasa sikit movement [sdgkan spt biasa baby adalah aktif]. Namun keesokan harinya pulih spt biasa....[ sy kurang pasti side effect.....akan ditanya minggu depan bila check up...mak andam tu kata boleh terbersalin awal sbb baby terkejut]

Kesimpulan : Alhamdulillah, tiada kecederaan fizikal. Allah masih panjangkan usia kami.....dan selebihnya adalah urusanNya dia sebalik kejadian ini.
