Weight gain, weight loss

I know it sounds that I'm trying to sell some beauty products....te..et..... wrong...it just I couldn't think the exact tittle

Although I write earlier that I couldn't celebrate raya but this for year but I have few series of open house *uhum that is related to weight gain kan..*

I have tried to attend all the open house invitation...Thank you soo much for inviting me, next year don't forget to invite me again...hehe...maybe next year or next2 year will be my turn also.... *erm hopefully I would have some times to train all the berkarat cooking skill*

Oho did I mention that saya beraya hingga ke PD? This unplanned trip was a last minute plan...and Alhamdullillah the weather was good and we even have opportunity to have a sunset view...so beautiful....and alang2 dh sampai PD sempat beraya lagi ke rumah housemate zaman MRSM dulu...*smpai gak aku rumah ko ek Angah*

JJCM activities seems not so important since all the pounds, fat here and there..so need to have some sort of exercise and control of foods intake....

But we still have some sort of JJCM during TA charity and family carnival at TA cark park *in front of KLCC* on 1st November...we found this oldchangkee Singapore curry puffs*bigger than canned drink*. . for RM 2O coupons we were enjoying mee rebus, mee kari, mineral water, soya beans, curry puff and ice cream...the price of the foods was slightly higher since it was for charity

I miss few series of challenge activities that held this year like Maju Junction Merdeka Hunt, PIC *maybe sbb takut jadik mcm PIC 2007 so tak masuk kot…* So I decided to join Terry Fox Run 2008at Lake Gargen on 2nd November ...not really running but brisk walk for 5++km...*its not a magic to lose few pounds but hopefully it will be a good starter for myself before siri2-diet untk kawen...yaya hopefully I will have my serious exercise plan after this*

Celebrity for the day was Ida Nerina *opss..she can zipped her mouth for Amazing Race Asia 3 result..so sad Bernie has been eliminated..uwa..*

Amazing race asia is almost towards it end..but still few tv series just start 1-2 episode *I still couldn't understand that I could addicted to tv series but not to film yg bersiri2...eventhough tv series we need to have to watch it for several months*

Some of tv series that I will try to be patient and trying not to miss it *encik tunang now you will know why nowadays saya balik kerja on time..hehe* Awan Dania (Isnin 9-10mlm) Renjis 2 (Rabu 9-10mm) Heroes season 3 (have to check..x ingat Thursday 10pm)...and the most awaiting American Next Top Model Cycle 11 *Tyra Bank you rock!...Britain and Australian Next Top Model is not so impressive...huh maybe I love American accent...sounds clear kot*

My 360 degrees stories

Where I should start for my 360 degrees stories? Ya..maybe I do not have 360 list to complete it but I have few stories to write for the readers *oo banyak2 karang xde plak citer lain*

At first I'm thinking to write with some solid reason story..but since I have some combo meal to write..it will become the most remembered Raya

1st story Date : 27.09.2008 Time : 3.30am - 1.oopm

3.30am = Since encik-tunang really want to have sahur feel..so he drove all the way to my house and we have our sahur at mamak
4.25am = I decided to start packing and sidai baju...*very lazy to do all this before sleep at that night..*
5.00am = Sleep...siap mimpi..tak ingat pun
7.20am = Huwah..I'm rushing to take 2min shower..almost left my hp..encik-tunang has called few times before but sy tido tak ingat..
7.50am = arrived Pudu..and saw this *climax of my story 1..my ticket 8am*

Bagi tiket perjalanan ke Selatan dr 15.09.2008 hingga 15.10.08 sila naik dari Bukit Jalil

Out of my mind, I really felt silly *adakah sy tak baca surat khabar + tgk berita..until I didn't know about it..and already think that tak beraya la tahun ni* Yes, I'm almost crying, thinking that I missed the bus and maybe balik beraya naik lori ayam, transit naik kereta lembu plus naik beca *sungguh xbetul ketika itu*
Encik-tunang give some idea to send me back to my hometown *sweet, but Defence, Finance & Healthy Minister do not approve the proposal since that night he will drive for 5hours journey to Kedah...this is the not soo good thing utara-selatan relationship..kalau both of us sehala it will b really good idea dear*

8.00am = naik shuttle bus, hoping some luck *quite blur..already imagine naik lori ayam...haha*
8.13am = bus started to move to Bukit Jalil
8.30am = arrived at Bukit Jalil..rushing looking for bus..Alhamdulillah..Phew..naseb baik, bus still not there...*rasa nk lompat2 je time tuh*
9.30am =bus still not there...muka sume dah mcm ayam golek yg tensen nk kena bakar...kwang3 termasukla saya
10am = finally after 2 hours waiting the bus arrived *hmm actually it for seremban trip but since we have been waiting soo long, they adjusting it for all the tension faces*

Guess what is the relation out of ofis and 360 degree story? Saya kena kerja di hari raya kedua..dan hari seterus2nya...plus this is quarter closing..enuff kan all the combo raya di ofis story? we have planned to do mobile office, but considering di ceruk kampung the internet will not so good, it will effect the closing. So the final decision and the only best option,raya at office..*no triple pay..only leave credit+meal allowance+travelling*

si baju hijau *change accordingly* sedang berjuang, di perbatasan peluru tak bermata harus waspada...*of course no such bullet for us..but maybe some tears*

Perhentian Island Challenge 2007

As promised, aku nk tulis tntg Perhentian Island Challenge 2007 (PIC 2007)..yup..so far aku telah mencabar diriku sendiri dgn m'yertai

• PJ Half Maraton (4 helai baju ader, cuma 2 tahun je yg aku lari..2 tahun lg ade problem xleh masuk),
• MAJU Junction Merdeka Treasure Hunt (never thought tat I registered myself to be in kotak kaca selama seminit + with ular sawa (besar giler) atas badan..erk dhler tgn & kaki kena rantai...ops ni dlm team; 3 of us..(except for that task I'm alone)
• co drive hunt
• dh xingat maybe main kat Genting and
• the latest PIC..

Maybe for others not so challenging kot, but for me...its really challenging! back to the main story..where the journey start...
23 Aug - KL Sentral..btolak kul 12tghmlm..sejuk giler...zzzz
24 Aug - dlm kul 10am smpi Dataran Syahbandar, 2pm kat Kuala Besut,4pm -PERHENTIAN!

ptg tu terus main air...sampai mengigil..mkn, and mlm tu dgr briefing for the next day (erkk aku plg takut bila dgr task berenang..xgheti...) & tido dlm camp yg diorg dh prepare with sleeping bag
25 Aug - finally d day has come...

*muka sblm race*

*the route..challenging*

semua peserta ditransfer dr perhentian besar ke perhentian kecil (where all the unexpected tasks kena buat) dr pagi lagi..bertrip2 ke sana..sblm start ada opening ceremony...
total of the trail dlm 10km..xde adegan manja2 lari atas pasir (:P yelah dh kat pulau kan)....start @ 10.15am...flagged off for Novice Man & Woman..hehe masa panjat2 bukit sblm smpai Bubu aku dh rasa mcm menyesal & nak patah balik..rasa mcm keje giler plak..rasa mcm takut sbb tak bagi tau mak ayah yg aku wat benda nih...yelah anythings can happened (aku cuma bgtau p mkn angin kat Perhentian...) but dah jln xleh nk patah balik maka kena terus ke depan..smpai Bubu wat sumer tasks mystery clues (minum air..mcm2 ada masa tu..tomato, garlic, etc..dan nasib le terpick kertas tulis air perasa pe), rope obstacle (xlarat nak wat..so posing2 je), and fin run (xrasa fun sbb penat giler)...after all the 3 tasks we need to proceed to Mira...most of the trails masa tu mcm jungle trekking plus batu2 tepi laut..almost everybody lost sbb xde petunjuk...no commando crawl at Mira (rasanya sumer xwat kot..ke aku tersesat jalan lain?)
finally 1km b4 reach finishing line, we need to swim with tube..since ramai yg pi bersuka2, organizer ubah sket acara ni..so xde la swimming (Alhamdulillah ^_^)..dlm keadaan basah lencun kena jalan (lari klu larat) lg lbh krg 1km ke garisan penamat ...

Alhamdulillah aku berjaya tamatkan sume..dpt no 28 drpd 53 and if campur (Man & Woman) no 118 drpd 166..ok sbb aku target no last (hehehe...)
ptg tu org lain balik untk rehat, tp kitaorg berempat lepak + berendam...(bestnyer..)

*finally all of us manage to finished the race*

mlm plak closing ceremony and last2 ade pertunjukan bunga api (walaupun xsecanggih yg br2 ni kat kl..tp best giler..aku sempat rakam dlm kamera :)...after that mlm tu layan UNO plak ngan Bro Aris & Bro Gombak ..xsedar sampai kul 3 pagi...

26 Aug - pagi tu ada aktiviti bersihkan pantai, kutip2 sampah..tp smpat lagi posing2 dulu...kononnya aktiviti kitaorg dirakam tv3..hehehe..xtau muka kami ni masuk ke x...sempat posing ngan sasha bashir :)

lps sesi kutip bersihkan pantai, free & easy b4 balik..nama pun dah kat pulau..ape lg main air le..but suddenly gigi bongsu aku awt hal plak..xsampai 4 jam dah 4 biji pil tu aku telan..mood pun mcm tak ok sgt...tapi aku smpt gak main air..hehehe

plg best sekali finding nemo...tak sangka dpt tgk nemo + pegang sekali...b4 dia balik umah dia..nemo tu sempat posing dlm tapak tangan aku...wah wah.... thx & credit 2 Bro Aris sbb finding nemo, Bro Gombak for the pics

setiap yg bermula pasti berakhir...maka dgn berat hati kena balik juga...sempat beli sket souvenier untk ofismate ngan housemate b4 lunch dan naik bas..dlm bas sakit gila gigi..stok ubat tinggal 2 biji je..kena mkn gak...tidur tersenguk2 sbb sakit gila! sampai kl sentral dlm 1230, sampai umah dlm kul 1, kul 2 baru leh tdo...

27 Aug - msk ofis kul 9, ptg meeting ngan client

28 - 2 Sept - xde mood sgt keje..masih terasa air masin Perhentian, masih terbayang Nemo...tp keje ttp buat..mlm merdeka plak demam..erk rugi terlepas 2nd last Mandarin class :( (loushi, tepuchi...wa sudah sakit..), pagi merdeka pi ofis sat pastu balik kampung ptgnyer...

3 - 4 Sept - closing...settle on time...dh siap keje asik tgk gambar nemo..nemo i miss u (uhuks...giler pe?)..mood keje dah ok sbb layan 3 lagu best Menghapus Jejakmu - Peterpan (really nice sbb ada relate ngan aku), Lelaki Ini-Anuar Zain (abg Nuar bla nak g Hollywood lagi? nak join..best ar tgk kat astro tuh!)& Wait 4 U - Elliot Yamin ..dkt 10 kali dgr for each..

ok..tgn dh penat taip..need 2 pen off..this is really nice trip (really affordable sbb only rm120 for everything! pastu ada 1 hour slot kat tv3..bila tu aku xtau..)..nolie, nani, shara..nak masuk lg tahun dpn bgtau aku...klu nak pi mana2 bgtau aku gak..kwn2 lain sape yg ada plan best bgtau...klu leh join aku akn join..life 2 the fullest !
